As a Coach and Consultancy business I recognize the importance of protecting your personal information and are committed to processing it responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws in all countries in which I operate.

 

This transparent Privacy Statement describes Claire Schrama’s general privacy practices that apply to personal information collected, in line with the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

I collect data from you, through your interaction with me and my service. You provide some of this data directly, and some of the data will be requested when working together in order to provide excellent service.

 

You have choices when it comes to the data you share. When I ask you to provide personal data, you can decline.

 

 

How I Use Personal Data

In particular, I use your data:

 

• To collect information in order to sent you an invoice, this information will not be online and only be stored in internal accounting software.

• To collect information necessary to fulfill your request when you contact me, so I can provide you with support and to be able to contact you. I retain such information for administrative purposes, defending our rights, and in connection with my relationship with you.

• When we are working together, I will collect your personal information through an agreement form that you will fill in and sign. This agreement will only be stored for administrative purposes and ICF (International Coach Federation) log. This agreement will be stored in a, with password, secured file.

• When we are working together, I will e-mail you a short summary of our session and next steps to take. For the sake of my service and our relationship these data will be stored in my e-mail. Upon your request, all will be deleted. This will not be stored anywhere else than in the e-mail account.

 

 

Sharing of Personal Information

 

Your personal data will not be shared with any third party or organization other than administration purposes to run this coaching business. Administrating purpose will be coach hour log for internal administration and ICF certification, and financial administration.
